Snow Leopard Ships August 28th

The Apple Store UK is now listing the Snow Leopard up to date program with a shipping date of August 28th. Previously Apple had said to expect Snow Leopard in September.
The up to date program is for users who bought a Mac after July June 8th, 2009. Current OS X Leopard 10.5 users that bought a mac before July 8th will have to purchase Snow Leopard for $29 (singly license) or $49 (five license family pack). Those still on OS X 10.4 will probably be required to buy a Box Set including Snow Leopard, iLife '09 and iWork '09.
More evidence of an early August 28th release date comes via macenstein who posted screenshots from the current Apple Support Snow Leopard training course distributed to Apple employees. With the Apple employees already being trained in all things Snow Leopard there is little doubt that OS X 10.7 will be released next friday

1. The up-to-date program is for users who bought a mac on or after June 8th not July 8th.
2. It's not a FREE upgrade. It costs $9.95.

$29 still great price for me.
How the single license and the 5 license work?
I brought Leopard for $129 when it came out, it was suppose to be a single license but I installed it on 3 macbooks, where's the restriction?αGoD HaS THe⌃oF My LiFe aND i DoN'T WaNNa⎋*Ⓘ♡ⓂⓨⓘⓅⓗⓞⓝⓔ
