I just bought a new macbook pro 15" 2.66GHZ last sunday and I did the up-to-date program for $9.99! If you have a PPC, then upgrade to a new macbook pro or imac or something.

The only thing that doesn't work properly for me is Quicksilver...Apple removed something in SL that Quicksilver used in Leopard and so the preferences window doesn't open properly:

What will stop people just buying the $29 Version even if they dont already have Leopard. Surely you can just do a clean install, and not an upgrade from Leopard install, with the $29 Disc.

Logitech control center doesn't detect the mouse at all. Some drivers will only work with the kernel in 32 bit mode. Hopefully this will not be an issue on release date
