Anticipations have been high that Steve would be making a comeback from his leave and land at the
WWDC 2009 keynote but alas, he's still going to be on leave. The
keynote will be delivered by Phil Schiller on June 8th.
Though Phil performed
quite well in the
Macworld Keynote, he's simply no replacement for the charismatic C.E.O.

The keynote will involve a developer preview for the upcoming Snow Leopard. This preview will involve some demos of new capabilities - including QuickTime X, Multi-Core and GPU processor support... and a few accessibility enhancements.

Hopes are high that the new iPhone will also show up in the keynote but they might delay it for a Steve announcement...
