Im thinking of buying a macmini but im not sure which monitor I should get. Im looking to spend under 200. Any recommendations? Anything I should look for? also, would I be able to upgrade the ram using the ram I had in my macbook pro (the newest one)

dell has pretty good monitors 20" is about $119 and with the newer mini's you can hook up to of them

Looks good to me! I have seen this monitor in person and it is a little clunky. But other than that it looks good.iPhone 4S | MacBook Air

You can get a dell like broom said my even check on like hp or samsung
