Mac Mini to HDTV finally full resolution!
i bought my setup a couple months back now, mac mini to 32" hdtv with surround sound.
when i first got the mac mini, i connected it to the tv from dvi - hdmi input.
i got black lines around the desktop screen, not filling the whole screen. for months this has been annoying me but just learnt to live with it.
couple hours free tonight so thought i'd give it a go again, bearing in mind ive already spent hours of my life using both displayconfigx and switchresx to no avail. whatever i did, was just black lines.
anyway, just opened settings>display and clicked overscan in options (as i have many many times before) and this time, rather than being way to big for the screen, the desktop has sat, just perfectly.
i am so happy, so annoyed and so confused, all at the same time!!The Original Autobot of MMiJesus couldn't turn into a fire engine
LOL -> "Winterboard does not interfere at all with my performance."
Suck it up, Sucker
