Poetic the offers are pending. If one drops out I'll post up the price they are paying if that is ok? And as an update like all other Leopard purchases Apple has delayed the shipping. Ill post up the email i got later tonight since i am in Indy for the day and this phone has no copy and paste damn!

Ummm NO apple DID NOT delay shipping! I got mine from fed ex YESTERDAY as promised by apple. Fed Ex was delayed a while (was supposed to be here by noon got here at 2)

Hmm strange that you haven't received yours. Yesterday, when I went to the Fed Ex office, the lady asked what in blazes it was because they had received thousands of them. All the software were pre-positioned so they could overnight them for a friday delivery.

Yeah I am going to post up the email's that i received about the delayed shipping. yes i said mutiple emails. There are a couple sites that are also reporting this like gizmodo and engadget. So the people i sent pm's to please be patient. Your orders will arrive shortly
