Looking for a remote control for my Macbook Air while using it on my TV

Hello...

So I run my Macbook Air via Thunderbolt to HDMI to a 60" TV... The problem is the lid is closed, for everything to run at it's best, so I have to hook up an external mouse to control the TV. The problem with this is that I stand too close to the TV and realistically it's a hassle and hurts my eyes being that close trying to control the computer... I really just do this to watch movies, youtube, netflix, whatever...

I was wondering if there are any controllers out there that are either bluetooth or USB + Wireless that I could use to control my Macbook Air.

I am running Lion 10.7.2

if you have an iPhone, iPad, or Android device you would be able to control it with teamviewer software. It is free and you can check it out at TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the Internet
