can anyone recommend a video capture card to me?

i'm trying to gear up for some HD games next month and i don't know what type of video capture card i should buy to get them straight to my macbook pro.

i've worked with regular video capture cards before for regular analog television but now that i've upgraded to an HDTV, the world cup games will be televised in HD quality and i want to save its quality with the right equipment.

any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! :-)
