Ok, are you saying you can or you cant? Cause If your blobs is saved, redsn0w would let you restore to 5.1.1. if you didn't have blobs for that firmware, you would get an error each time you tried.

I can restore to an iOS 5.1.1 build without stitching my blobs to the build.

I knw you can, that is possible because its already saved on cydia's server. You don't need to stitch anything, just do a restore. I believe the option to stitch is if you wanna use your blobs to restore with or the firmware you may have downloaded on your PC.

Agree stiching is used when downgrading or upgrading ya phone with the blobs

Sorry I'm going back through old post but I am baffled now. Since my last post, i jailbroke my iPod i got for Christmas with the same program I had with my last post. But now with my mom's iPod, I get to the walking pineapple then it reboots after installing bundles or moving applications. I've tried 7 times now. It's 6.0.1, I'm so stuck.

What ya mean by bundles?

During the jailbreak process, where the pineapple is running and it's installing the jailbreak info, or the rest of it,as soon as it would say installing bundles or also moving applications, it would just reboot and not complete the jailbreak process.
