How about...
What about Cydia for iphone 4 that is on IOS 5.1? I checked youtube.com and looked it up but they all have jailbreaks to do with it. Also, what about winterboard? I would love to change my theme! I am not allowed to jailbreak my iphone 4 so how can i get themes,winterboard,or cydia without jailbreaking? THIS IS FRUSTRATING!

You can jailbreak iphone 4 iOS 5.1 tethered. Also, you cant theme an iphone without jailbreaking it.
