iPod Linux Installer
Here's a simple installer for you guys!
iPod-Linux Installer
The original iPod Linux site has been, sadly, suspended. It used to be such a great resource, but oh well.
I tried this on a first gen Nano when I had one, and it worked perfectly. Very easy to use, very simple, takes only a minute or so.
Anyone still have a 1st gen nano or OLDER iPod?
A compatibility chart can be found here: iPodLinux - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

You might as well do this to them; doesn't hurt, lol. I'm assuming you don't have any warranty to begin with.If you like or found helpful anything I have said, please click that nice little Thanks button!

i just wonder when the linux will be ready for the touch and if it will actually just be a slimmed down version at first. I've been following the developments since they first mentioned it.

Even if they do though... will it really be that much better than the software already on there? They'd have to do A TON to make me want to switch to it!
