Should I restore again? Or Should I be concerned?

The App Store is doing it again. Should I call Apple Care and see what they know? I've never seen this bug before. But I will say this. When I got my iPhone 5 it had a bug where my phone would be extremely laggy when I would be on my springboard and when I saw the messages app it would have a notification bubble but no banner showing my text message.
Well I took a video of what's going on! It was INSANE! It was changing from iOS 5's UI to iOS 6's UI! Then when I went to view Minecraft it had a bunch of coding in the blue box. Now it won't let access the App Store. It says too many HTTP redirects

I remember that happening to my 5 back when I updated to 6.1.2 to jailbreak
In fact, searching my post, I found this:
Apple Releases iOS 6.1.2
I "think" what I did to fix it, was that during the initial setup of the phone when you restore, I did not sign in with my Apple ID/password. I skipped signing in during the initial setup..
But I'm not sure....Try restoring, but dont sign in during initial setup and let me know if it works out for u

I've DFU restored about 5 times and nothing has changed. I will try again right now and see if anything has changed.
It worked! Thanks bro! Is there any reason why it does that?

That is certainly strange..mine works good..go get it checked in Apple customer care..or everything's working fine than let go off it.
