Question about SSH

I want to backup all of my pictures that I took with my iPhone 4 and I want to put them on my desktop of my computer. I'm using SSH and I'm using WINSCP on Windows 7. Instead of me dragging one by one in of the folder I've created on my desktop how do I drag all 327 pictures into one folder on my desktop? I'm restoring my iPhone 4

From what directory are you trying to copy the pictures to your desktop?

Is it from this directory:
/private/var/mobile/Media/DCIM/100APPLE ?

Why dont you just select the folder and drag it onto your desktop?
