Downgrade from 6.0.1 to 5.1.1

My jailbroken 4s is getting a little whackey. When I go to itunes and back up and restore, it restores with the same problems.
If I unjailbreak it will be restored to 6.0.1 which I can't jailbreak. So, is there some way I can downgrade from 6.0.1 to 5.1.1 so I could jailbreak again ?

Once the iPhone 4S goes to 6.0 or higher it cannot downgrade as we speak
