People that have CDMA IPhone 4. Are u able to downgrade to a lower firmware. Once u update to ios 5.0. Also can u activate the phone. Just find it

    Default Downgrading??
    People that have CDMA IPhone 4. Are u able to downgrade to a lower firmware. Once u update to ios 5.0. Also can u activate the phone. Just find it weird that me and some other users still can't activate the phone. Then their are users that have no problem at all getting it to activate. Well let me know the steps u use.

    The downgrade will succeed. Activation will fail. So technically I guess you can't really downgrade to iOS 4 after upgrading to iOS 5.

    It's the baseband issue, once you upgrade that baseband it won't allow activation on a lower fw version.
