iTunes sync on jailbroken iPhone

On my iPhone I can sync with iTunes just fine with the jailbreak. On my wife's it says unable to identify installed apps or something similar. She's using the greenposion jailbreak. Any suggestions?

Cracked apps or warez app are not to be discussed here. But that is the answer why it's not syncing because of them.

You said you have 2 apps that enable cracked apps (post removed as per rules).

The apps that enable piracy are known to cause various issues. Remove those and try again and we can help from there.

Not to cracked app savvy but I'll try it out. I thought you had to have app sync to sync with a jailbroken phone.

Nope a jailbroken phone can sync just like a normal phone.
