iOs5 IP4 Jailbreak App Issue

Guys,

I did the initial jailbreak last night, and had no issues all day. Then Cydia pushed an update for something (sorry for being vague, I can't remember what it is now) and now all my apps are only opening up in the top left corner of my screen. On top of that I can not even click on any of the links correctly. Any clues? Im getting ready to do a complete reload through ITunes and start from scratch. Thank you for looking.

Respring should fix that. Or it did before. It was a mobilesaturate update I think.
