I used tiny umbrella. 4.2.8 Shsh blobs saved. start tss server Setup options to cydia servers. But keep getting error 1. Changed USB ports. Rebooted MacBook. Downgraded iTunes from 10.5b3

    No success.
    Can anyone help?

    Are you putting the iphone into dfu mode. Also have you tried a custom firmware?

    No. Haven't tried custom firmware. But my first failed attempt was in dfu. After that the phone refuses to go into dfu. It keeps booting up and showing the connect to iTunes logo. I went back to iOS 5 in the meantime.

    I had to use Sn0wbreeze. Only thing that would work for me, wasted too much time trying to figure out.
