    Default Jailbreak 4.2.7 Error 1600
    Followed all the necessary steps.

Jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 Untethered On Windows Using Sn0wbreeze 2.6 [Tutorial] | Redmond Pie

Did that except swapped the 4.3.2 to 4.2.7.

Went to restore (shift + restore - using sn0wbreeze_iPhone4-4.2.7)

As it was doing it, error 1600 popped up, unable to do it.

    Help?

Update. I re-did it twice. Got error 1601 both times.

    sorry, please delete this thread...

Did you try using tinyumbrella to kick it out of recovery mode when you were done?

I sort of did find a solution. I re-downloaded everything. I re-did everything step by step. And it worked.

Unfortunately, I lost half my apps and am at a different problem. Trying to get those apps that I purchased back without having to pay for them...again.

Make sure you follow the onscreen instructions in sn0wbreeze. Run iREB before proceeding to restoring your device in iTunes. It is essential.

Does any1 else have 1? Do I have rejailbreak to get the boot logo? Thanks for any info - I am a iPhone/jailbreak noob

The bootchain isn't fully pwnable yet. Only 3GS old bootroms get custom boot logos. You can however enable animated bootlogos. There are tons to choose from in Cydia.

Ok, thanks. So I tried to install an animated boot logo from Cydia & it still didn't work. How do I enable bootlogos for them to work. Sorry if this is a dumb ?, I'm still learning. Thanks for your time.
