    Default Backing up a Jailbreak
I was just wondering how I would back up my JB as it took me a while to really make my phone the way I like it. I bought the back up app from Cydia (my phones not with me so I dont know its name) and from what I have noticed is that it backs it up to my contacts..? how would I go about recovering my device and all the work that I put into getting repos, downloading fonts, winterboards and so on?

Pkgbackup is probably what you bought. It saves your jb data as a contact so that you may sync it to iTunes, then when you restore and rejb you download pkgbackup back onto your phone and it will reload your jb stuff back on.

I mean sync it to iTunes and your comp. You want to make sure your contacts are synced to whatever third party contact tool such as yahoo or outlook or windows contacts that iTunes allows. Then you'll be able to sync your contacts as well as the "contact" that pkgbackup created back into your phone later.

Pkgbackup also gives you the option to sync with dropbox, which is great
