Default Can't text on jailbroken iPhone 4
I've had my phone jailbroken for about a week, for 2 days straight now towards the end of the day my phone will stop being able to send texts for a random amount of hours. It will say send message failure and will show a red exclamation mark. This goes on the rest of the night. And in the morning it works again. I don't want it to continue, any help?

First try turn off 3g and send message when failure. Silly Solution still interesting.

uninstalled Winterboard, which didn't work...then uninstalled mobile enhancer (from installer) and then shut off the phone. It is now working fine...for the moment...
Try uninstalling both apps and rebooting...Another interesting thing.
No links for mentioned problem but worked for me once. :-)

Another gotcha may be what we had in our area. We were an old Alltel area that Verizon took in. They were recently upgrading the Alltel towers and several local people (my daughter and son included) had a similar problem. My wife and I did not. The only difference was that their phones are on a grandfathered Alltel plan and our phones are on the unlimited Verizon plan. They are on Droid X's and so is the wife. I am on a JB iPhone.
