Open your terminal and type su follow by your password then type apt-get update and let it finish. After that all your sources that you had added previously before you update cydia will be back

Fox_hound: backup everything, and restore. I believe that this is a problem related to installing the iPad baseband. It it is at all possible, remove this or downgrade your bb

Did you ever install the iPad baseband on your iPhone? If so, you are no longer in my area of expertise. Ask blkcadi or some other mod.
