I just bought an iPhone 4 from my friend. I am trying to jailbreak it.
I just did a fresh restore and now I am trying to jailbreak it but I'm not sure how exactly to go about this.
I downloaded redsn0w 0.9.10b5 and I'm ready to get it done but will it work with my baseband?
The firmware version is 5.0.1 and the baseband is 3.0.03.
Could someone please point me in the right direction and let me know what I need to do?
Forgot to mention, yes it is Verizon and CDMA.
Okay so I just ran redsn0w and it appears to be jailbroken. Is this phone unlocked as well? Like can I use it on another service now that I've ran redsn0w?
I'm trying to use this phone for cricket since they are way cheaper. I should be able to go to a cricket store and get it connected, correct?

You can't unlock a CDMA phone. Cricket would have to flash your phone to work on it. I've heard of people doing this, but I don't know how reliable it is to run a ViPhone on Cricket.
Edit: jailbreaking and unlocking are not the same.
