First thing, Run TinyUmbrella and Save SHSH.

Next, if you have the original SIM, use that to activate.
Else ...use redsn0w 0.9.6rc18, select iOS 4.3.3, check 'install Cydia'
    Done ... activated and jailbroken.

Run redsnow again, select iOS 4.3.3, check one (1) option, 'install iPad baseband'
    Install Ultrasn0w (via Cydia).
Done with unlock. Any SIM should work

After you're finished .... be safe...
Also run iFaith and build a pre-signed firmware for this version (4.3.3)

OK, the 'no available sim' options are there.

If not already activated, redsn0w activates during the jb'ing process.

    Bingo .

Don't forget to run iFaith and get a 'pre-signed' 4.3.3 firmware.
Don't restore with it, just build the firmware and keep it safe
You may need this ... it might be your ONLY method to restore to 4.3.3 in the future.
