iPod Touch 4G App Help

Hi, I have a question. Basically i downloaded a new version on an app called Math Solver. the new version is 2.0 and i cant find the 1.0 version anywhere. This is a general question that can apply to all kinds of different apps too. But i did use AppLinks to backup my apps. so i have the mathsolver.app and all the actually files but i dont have the ipa file.

Can i somehow install the app or somehow make it work? i tried copying the old files over the new files. didnt work.

tried to rar it then change extension to .ipa itunes said invalid ipa.

Any help it greatly appreciated

How is this piracy? I simply want an old version of an app that has been updated.

Out of curiosity, why do you want the old version?

Even if the new version has some fixes, the old one works better and just more stable.

Oh ok, but you cant install a .app file afaik...youll have to wait for abother update IMO

I wonder what the whole point of AppLinks is then.

I did a bit of research about applinks and all it does is creates shortcuts of apps, nothing more

One more thing. If u can't figure it out I'll just post up a new thread. For some weird reason the weather app is acting up. I delete New York and Cupertino an then after I close the app they appear back there. Same goes with the other locations I added. So basically I can't delete and of the presets. iPod touch 4G iOS 5.0.1

Hm odd. New York and Cupertino come by default so I'm not sure about them. Try deleting them from within iFile. Or try respringing.

Well I deleted the defaultCities.plst but did nothing. Another thing, I don't know I probably the only one with so much problems on my idevice

all my applications, not the apple applications but all the apps that I installed all their names are Jiberish. All the names are something like this 0B977A74-F5A8-40D5-8F5D-00106B863DB9
