Photos to PC

I have all my photos on my ipod in neat albums.. anyone know how I can transfer them to my pc and be able to sync them with itunes while my pictures are still in their album?

well, connect your ipad, windows automatically detect it.
Now click next in the wizard
choose the photos or videos you want to copy & click next.
Enable option "Delete pictures from my device after copying them" (Optional)
Browse for the folder where u want to save them.
Click Next.
