    Default iTunes Freezing When Ipod Plugged In

    I went to update my Ipod Touch 1G and when I plug it in, iTunes freezes. Right after I unplug it, iTunes unfreezes. It's recognized by my computer because I can still use it as a flash drive. This has never happened before and I'm guessing it's due to the recent iTunes update.

    I'm running Windows 7 x64. All of my drivers are up to date. Anyone else have this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it?

    EDIT: I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes. That still didn't fix the problem.

    just keep your ipod plugged in 4 a while
    keep it for like 3 hours and if itunes still doesnt respond then i dont no what u shuld do
    i had the same problem with a 1g and a windows
