    Default Can't add album artwork
    Hi, I'm having a really frustrating problem with itunes - some files will not allow me to add custom artwork (images downloaded from google)

    I've selected my songs, right clicked and opened the 'get info' screen, selected my artwork, and clicked ok. The box closes and then nothing happens.

    Anyone know why this is and how to slove it?

    Are you signed into the aple account on itune when you do "Get album artwork"? It will show in the top right hand side of the iTunes Music store to confirm.
