Uploading themes and apps to my own repo

I just finished making my own repo and would like to start adding themes apps and tweaks. I've already tried uploading a theme folder but it doesn't show up in Cydia on my repo. (ex. Midnight.theme)
Can anyone help me with that? I'm sorry if I posted this in the wrong section.

I don't know how to do that BUT ask around on blogspotter.hackstor.com cause they also have a repo maybe they can held you

anything that you upload has to be in a .deb file. you can go to iwatcher.net and search packages.
