Shift+Click Restore not working - iTunes

I have always used the Shift+Click Restore function in iTunes to update my iPhone and I have tried today to update it to 3.1.2 but the Shift+Click feature doesn't seem to work. iTunes comes up with the windows as if I hadn't held Shift and Clicked Restore. There is no box allowing me to choose my .ipsw file.

Please help me with this.
