I've returned from inactivity for a while, with a few question:
One, how do I jailbreak an first generation iPod Touch? I didn't see it listed on the "I want to jailbreak my..." feature, is it even still supported?

On 3.1.3 you can use redsnow 0.9.4 to jailbreak a first gen iPod touch.
Jailbreaking is still legal for phones. It's only tablets that the exemption declaring it legal expired. So it's kinda just a grey area. It isn't specifically illegal, nor is it technically legal. If that makes any sense lol.
