touch 2g - whited00r on mb model

I have a touch 2g mb model, and I can't seem to download whited00r. The DL page when I click on the touch 2g says Whited00r is not avail for mc models. F0recast lists my ipod as an MB528. I swear I read a few weeks ago about whited00r on a touch 2g. what am I missing?

You're probably missing the fact that whited00r's website sucks,
that the layout leaves much to be desired, and that it's almost impossible to find the download links.

I've never actually used it, so I can't comment on whether it would actually run on your iPod

I downloaded whited00r but it was a pain trying to find a link to download. I failed to install it though. iTunes wouldn't let me

exactly. layout of the website blows. iTunes won't let me install either. getting 1604 and 1600 errors.

have a look over at their support forums:

and you may need to put your iPod in pwned DFU,
with redsn0w or something similar.

Actually, I had the same errors too. But I solved it and installed Whited00r on my iPhone. Go to iPod Touch Jailbreaking Info: Whited00r- iOS 5 Features for iPhone 2G/3G and iPod touch 1G/2G and scroll down to the Installation part. Then follow the directions from there.
