Endroid Theme help!

Ok so I recently downloaded DreamBoard, which comes with the theme "Endroid". So I checked it out and then my iPod freezed on the lockscreen. So I waited and waited, and about 2 mins later the iPod respringed. So it went back to the lockscreen and got stuck again. And this happens continuously over and over again. I have an iPod Touch 4G 4.3.5 and an tethered jailbreak (redsn0w). I have tried retethering, putting the options on redsn0w as if I was jailbreaking for the first time, but does not get rid of the endroid theme and I have also tried restoring, but comes up with a message that goes something like this" "This iPod is not eligible for restoring".
Can anybody help me fix this? I would really appreciate it.

nvm, got the iPod to restore by entering into DFU mode.
