Stuck DFU cannot restore

My ipod touch 4g that was in 4.3.5. I was trying to downgrade 4.3.5 to 4.3.3 without SHSH

But I ran into a problem and now stuck in DFU and nothing seems to work.
Without a SHSH I seem stuck.

Anyone have a clue what I should do or a way to restore it back to 4.3.5?

Put in into DFU mode, then restore w/iTunes.

Edit/delete any gs.apple.com lines in the hosts file.

I did that but I get 1600 error.
It would had been easier if I saved SHSH =.=

4.3.5 is being signed by apple. TU or SHSH blobs are not required. Check your hosts file again.

It appears to be restoring still in restoring process
Thanks for the help. I double checked my host didn't realize it still blocking apple's ip
Hopefully it will restore

Glad it works Just for future reference iTunes 10.4 seems to have trouble downgrading even with SHSH blobs saved. Assuming you are running iTunes 10.4

yeah I am. It was driving me crazy and the DFU drove me almost to the edge lol.
Well I think i'll leave it unjailbreaken until it actually has a method for 4.3.5.

My personal experiences, I have SHSH saved on my iPad and my brothers iPhone 4 and was not able to downgrade when I was running 10.4(tried about 10 times). So I removed 10.4 and installed 10.3, worked like a dream first try

Hmm... I have come across quite a few when it comes to downgrading. I have seen complaints on other forums pertaining to iTunes 10.4 downgrade issues also. I would provide links but I'm not sure links to other forums are permitted.
