This error 1601 is driving me crazy

When all else failed, on a 3G (same as ipt2g w/o phone), I wold recommend 3.1.3. But the equivalent ipt iOS was paid. I don't know how to handle that senario.

It stays on waiting 10 seconds to wait for the device to pop out and then closes, and the ipod stays on white screen.

Well I'm reinstalling iTunes in both computers, restarting from zero

Couldn't hurt. Some recommend uninstalling iTines and Mobile Device driver first and a reboot.

Oh sweet lord Jesus Christ, after giving a break the ipod, reinstalling the iTunes, and swearing to the itouch, why the ** you won't restore, it worked, apparently it was the drivers of both computers, seriously, I facepalme'd, it makes sense after all .
