Does anyone know where the settings and preferences of an app are stored? I would like to be able to copy all of these files using iFunBox or FTP for whenever I need to restore or upgrade my iPod. This would also be nice to have when you have multiple iPods and would like to keep them all the same.

if you are using itunes it should save all youre app data for you as long as you back up your device

Thats the thing though, since I have apps installed through ***mod edit*** iTunes wants to erase them every time I try to connect sync it.
