Restore?

I just decided to update my iPod 3.1.3 that was jailbroken to 4.3.5 using iTunes. Bad idea. All my apps from Cydia are gone, and I would like to know if there is a solution to this. I tried restoring from my backed up files, but it does nothing.

You have to jailbreak again. And install Cydia. And then **********. Then re sync it. You will have all your apps back!
