Ipod touch stuck at itune and usb logo

I have new iPod touch and it stuck at Itune and usb logo screen. it tried to put into recovery mode but its not detecting in Itune as well. its giving malfunction usb error

Please help me on this.

I would try using tiny umbrella. It may work for you, maybe try a different usb port or cord?

If it's new, send it in to apple.

Try another computer and another ORIGINAL cable.
