There is only a tethered jailbreak for that firmware. Do you have any SHSH?

Then it is tethered or no jailbreak. Redsnow 0.9.8b4 is what you can use to jailbreak it tethered.

Its a mac tutorial but most should still apply to windows. You will need the windows version of redsnow 0.9.8b4 which you can get here: https://sites.google.com/a/iphone-dev.com/files/home/
