Sorry for this newbie stupid q, but how do I know baseband and SW on iPod. iPod is disabled. iTunes cannot id in either DFU or download mode. Is there a software that can identify this? I tried f0recast-1.0.1 but it's not recognizing it.
Device is silver in da back and a small black box on top left corner and it's got 16GB.
