    Default upgrading to 4.3.3

    I attempted to upgrade my ipod and iphone to 4.3.3 and getting an error message saying this ipod is not eligible for the requested build and cannot be restored. ANyone knows how to get around that??????

    are you sure you are using a 4.3.3 firmware?
