Keyboard problems

I have a 4g 4.2.1 iPod touch jailbroken with greenpoison. Everything works great and I love it. I'm usually really good at hacking and fixing technical problems. But when I go to settings>general>keyboard nothing comes up, it's just a blank screen. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I've respung it, rebooted it, ive tried safe mode nothing seems to work.

Is there any tweak that is interfering? If you have SBsettings, you can disable mobile substrate add ons.
