Glitch????

I have a weird thing going on with my homescreen wallpaper. The wall paper always goes dim after I respring my iPod. I have a tweak called 3D board (I'm not using it) and when I enable it and then disable it, the wallpaper goes back to normal. I know it's not 3D Board because I removed it and I still had the problem. I have an iPod Touch 4 with 4.2.1 and I don't have a wallpaper theme either. Is there any known tweaks that cause this problem? I really don't feel like going into SB Settings and disabling each tweak.

Nevermind. I found out that the wallpaper is dimmed in safe mode too. Any tweak I can install that makes it so the wallpaper is not dimmed?
