    Default Upgrading to IOS 4

    I have a 1st generation itouch with 3.1.3 formate and it's already jailbroke. I want to upgrade to IOS4 what will I have to do and would I be able to jailbreak again after the upgrade and will all of my stuff still be there. Where do I go for the upgrade

    i think that u can only go to 3.1.3

    yup....there is no 4.0 firmware for first generation ipod touch
