Itouch 4g Stuck in Safe Mode loop.

I downloaded sbrotator but i guess a rubbish version that has blown up my spring board

I dont know how to get rid of it.
And i also dont have WinSPC

i think theres only one nonrubbish version n it shouldnt make the sb go into safe mode at least thts wut im thinking. anyways rubbish or not u should delete it if it makes ur sb go into safe mode

If it's sbrotator causing the problem just open cydia in safe mode and uninstall it. Otherwise just keep going back and unistalling your most recent downloads because they might be conflicting.
