Jailbroken iPod: Has Semi-Crashed And Returned To Normal. HELP!

Hi guys. I need some help here.

Yesterday I was playing around with some apps to customize some things. I downloaded Winterboard, which worked fine. Then I downloaded the Folders In Folders app, which worked fine. Then playing around some more with things like Infinidock etc.

All of I sudden my springboard crashed, and when it came up again all of my folders on the springboard disappeared... all of the apps are just spread across 3 pages, my dock has been reset to normal & the 5x5 springboard setup has returned to normal factory state. Cydia and all of my other jailbroken apps are still there.

vWallpaper seems to be the only unaffected jailbroken app atm. I've tried respringing, powering on and off, removing apps. But nothing is helping it return to the state I once had it in.

Can anyone help & explain what's going!
