4.2.1/4.2 downgrade to 4.1?

I just want an up to date tutorial on how to downgrade my ipod touch 4g 4.2.1 to firmware 4.1

I've been searching all over and every tut seems to be different...

Help would be really apreciated...

Connect your device, run the program, and press save SHSH. Whatever SHSH you are able to save is what firmwares you can restore to.

Why do you want to downgrade??? There's a jailbreak for 4.2.1. And 4.3

You need to have your SHSH save

If you don't have SHSHs you can't downgrade. In which case you can jailbreak your device with greenpois0n.

More cydia packages work with 4.1 rather than 4.2.1

Thanks, It can't downgrade to 4.1 ... Is there an alternative or is it impossible for ipod touch 4g 4.2.1 to downgrade to 4.1?

There isn't another way. Sorry to say, no SHSHs, no downgrade possible.

Right, you can't downgrade since it says it doesn't have your SHSHs for 4.1.
