Not sure but maybe most of the themes arent capable of 4.3.1 yet i still hav some trouble with it even though i still am at 4.2.1. Tht is y its better to stay where u at n not update to 4.3.1 just yet because some things arent available for 4.3.1

well i put it on 4.3.1 coz i couldnt jail break my previous firmware nd i heard rumors of a 4.3+ jb so i upgraded thn jb wen it came out so its jbken but sum of the lockscreens dont work wen i down load thm from cydia into winterboard
