restoring itouch on 4.2.1?

apparently i need to do a restore on my ipod. its a 4g on 4.2.1. even though 4.3.1 is out, can i still restore it to 4.2.1 using tiny umbrella?

or..can i change my ipod name via ssh? itunes isnt letting me change it

I dont know how to use tinyumbrella but here's another way to do it...

Download sn0wbreeze
Download firmware 4.1.2
Launch sn0wbreeze
Follow the steps
This'll create a custom firmware
In Itunes shift-click (it might be ctrl-click) and choose the custom firmware you just made
Done.

Remember to backup though; and also sn0wbreeze will jailbreak it for you.
