Ipod 4g running 4.1 and no shsh files

Is it possible to jailbreak without the shshs files? If so what is the best method?

Shsh is used to downgrade ur fiemware and im not sure wut to use to jb but shsh has nothing to do with but i do recommend once u get it jailbroken to save ur shsh files so u can downgrade if u still can save them
